Important Information re: Updated Uniform Policy for St Bede’s Pupils from September 2020 – November 2020
Due to the current situation regarding the Covid-19 pandemic, St Bede’s Catholic Comprehensive School and Byron 6th Form College have made the decision to change the uniform policy for pupils from September 2020 until after the October half term break. The following changes will be reviewed before and during the September-October half term and parents will be notified in good time to organise any changes to uniform as we move forward.
From September, pupils will be required to wear full uniform with the exception of their school blazer and tie. The uniform will be:
- White school shirt
- Black school skirt / black school trousers (no fashion zips or adornments and not LYCRA or close fitting)
- Sensible school shoes with no branding.
Parents, therefore, are not required to buy ties or blazers from our uniform provider as pupils will not be permitted to wear these items until further advice is given.
Pupils will, however, still continue to wear the school PE Kit as normal; this is supplied by our school uniform provider, Little Gems, and can be ordered online or by appointments made to the shop.
If you have any queries for Little Gems, they can be contacted via text or call on 07484537797 or by email via firstname.lastname@example.org
